The bill entitled an Act to extend the provision of an Act
passed at the Session of 1872, chapter 270, entitled an Act to
authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to accept
conveyance of, and to hold certain property lying at or near
Charles Street Avenue, in Baltimore county, for a Public
Park.
Which was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay for paving the bed of the btreet bounding on the State
House Circle, and for repairing and improving the pave-
ment around the same.
