Section 17, add at the end of Section: "Provided, that the
copy or copies of said lists shall be delivered to the Sheriffs
of the several counties, at least forty-eight hours before the
opening of the polls at the election next ensuing."
Which was adopted.
Mr. Scott submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 17, line 7, manuscript bill, add after the words
"of their deputies," the words "and shall permit any person
to make a copy of said list of voters who is desirous of doing
so,"
Which was read.
