Section 9 as amended, was then read.
Pending the reading of Section 10,
Mr. Donaldson submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 10, line 14, after the words "residence of each per-
son in the City of Baltimore, shall be," and before the words
"set opposite," strike out the words "so far as known."
Which was adopted.
Mr. Scott submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 10, insert after the words "list of qualified voters,"
line 16, "or in the revised registration bookn, returned to the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the respective counties, or to
Clerk of the Superior Court of Baltimore city."
Which was adopted.
Mr. Naill submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED
Add to Section 10, "and no person shall be registered
after the expiration of the time for correcting the lists."
Which was adopted.

Section 13, strike out all after the words "Summonses,"
"Attachments."
The quention then recurring upon the adoption, of the
amendment.
Mr. McGlone submitted the following amendment to the
amendment:
Section 13, insert after word "Office" in line 7, the words,
"for the purposes mentioned in this Section."
