Mr. Scott submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend Section 6, line 3, by adding after the word "Coun-
ty," in line 3, the following: "Except in Washington coun-
ty, when the Board of County Commissioners shall constitute
the Board of Control and Review, and discharge the duties
of said Board of Control and Review as prescribed in this
Act."
