152, entitled an Act to amend the Act of March Session, 1865,
chapter 147, by substituting certain Sections for the 2d and
3d Sections of said Act, and providing for the reduction of
the number of districts, and for the holding of the meetings
of said Company in the City of Philadelphia, with proposed
amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Insert in line 5, of title, after the words "forty-seven," the
words "entitled an Act to incorporate the Empire Coal Com-
pany of Allegany county."
The proposed amendment was adopted, and the bill, as
