Mr. Browning (the rules being suspended) reported favora-
bly,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize and require the County
Commissioners of Garrett county to refund to Alexander
Kitzmiller certain county taxes paid by him in excess, and
error.
Which was read a first time.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court of Talbot county to enter up judgment by confes-
sion where the plaintiff makes oath that the considerations
are just and true as stated,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
