The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act passed at Jan-
uary Session, 1874, chapter 414, and to repeal Sections 1, 2,
3, 4 and 6, of Article 53, of the Code of Public General Laws
entitled "Landlord and Tenant," and re-enact the said Sec-
tions with amendments,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session in the
year 1865, chapter 130, entitled an Act to provide for the
registration of births, marriages and deaths, and also, an
Act of the General Assembly aforesaid, passed at the Jan-
uary Session, 1866, chapter 102, amendatory of said above
Act, and entitled an Act to amend the second section of the
Act passed on the 24th day of March, 1865, entitled an Act
to provide for the registration of births, marriages and deaths,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
