The bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 31, 34 and 36,
of Article 5, Code of Public General Laws, and to amend
and re-enact the same.
Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Whitelock moved that the further consideration there-
of be postponed, and said bill be made the order of the day
for Friday next.
