and Chas. R. Hamilton, asking for the return of money erro-
neously paid into the State Treasury.

Mr. Chaisty presented a petition for a pension from Mrs.

Mr. Scott presented the petition of Anne Frantz, Catherine
Kline, Susan Miller, Catherine Moon, Samuel Creager,
Sophia Rohre, Sally Creager, Magdalena Wright, Elizabeth
Wolfkill, and others, asking for pensions,

Mr. Chaisty presented the resolutions adopted by the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore City, requesting the General
Assembly of Maryland to pass an Act for the regulation of
the Inspection of Coal Oil sold in the City of Baltimore,
Which was read and referred to the Committee on the Ju-
diciary.

The resolutions adopted by the Major and City Council of
Baltimore city, requesting the General Assembly of Mary-
land to pass an Act for a new assessment of property in the
City of Baltimore,
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Ways
and Means.
Mr. Dodson presented the petition of Thomas P. B. Seth,
Jas.H. Corey, ami other citizens of Talbot county, asking
for a law allowing citizens of Talbot and Queen Anne's coun-
ties, to shoot wild fowl in the waters of Talbot county and
Eastern Bay, from sink boats. The law to apply only to the
bona fide citizens of Talbot and Queen Anne's counties.
Which was read and referred to Talbot and Queen Anne's
delegations.
