The Secretary of the Senate delivered tha following message:
BY THE SENATE,
March 20th, 1876.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
Wo have received your message returning House bill No.
126, (being the General Appropriation Bill for 1876,) re-
questing the Senate to recede from its amendments to said
bill. After consideration, the Senate has resolved to adhere
to its amendments, and we respectfully request a Committee
of Conference to take into consideration the disagreeing votes
of the two Houses, and have appointed as managers on the
part of the Senate, Messrs. Gorman,. Lloyd and Getty.
