North America of Baltimore City the sum of One Hundred
Dollars ($100).

(c) To Rev. J. George Spilman of the sum of One Hundred
Dollars ($100).

(d) To Saint Mathews Evangelical Lutheran Church, lo-
cated at Mayfield and Norman Avenues, the sum of Fifty Dol-
lars ($50. 00).

153. To bequest contained in the last will and testament
of John F. Neidhardt, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of said City in
Liber J. H. B. No. 184, folio 40, to Evangelical Lutheran
Jerusalem Church, located at 4603 Belair Road, Baltimore,
Maryland, the sum of three hundred dollars ($300. 00).

154. To bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Virginia Kabernagel, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of said City in
Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 183, folio 426, to the trustees of the
Zion Church of the City of Baltimore, located on Gay Street
near Lexington Street, of the sum of five hundred dollars
($500. 00).

155. To deed to the Agudus Achim Anshe Sphard of Bal-
timore City, being a body corporate of the State of Maryland,
also known as "Congregation Agudus Achim Anshe Sphard",
from Watson E. Sherwood and wife, said deed being dated
July 5, 1923, and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4041, folio 630.

156. To the sale and deed to Columbia Association of
Baptist Churches, a body corporate, from Sarah E. Dean,
unmarried, conveying certain lots, in Montgomery County,
Maryland, described in said deed dated October 6, 1936, and
recorded among the land records of Montgomery County on
October 10, 1936, at 9. 19 A. M.

157. To the sale and deed to Sisters of Mercy of the
Union in the United States of America, Incorporated, a body
corporate, from Elizabeth Lamson Johnston and husband,
J. O. Lamson Johnston, conveying a tract of land in Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, described in said deed dated
December 30, 1930, and recorded among the land records of
Montgomery County in Liber 514, at folio 247.

158. To bequest in the last will and testament of Vivian
W. B. Hedgman, of Montgomery County, to the trustees of
the Baptist Church at Rockville, a corporation, the sum of
$5000. 00.
