CHAPTER 397.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 4
of Article 66B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935
Supplement), title "Zoning and Planning", sub-title "Zon-
ing", providing that notice of any proposed change of the
boundaries of any zoning district shall be posted on the
premises, in addition to advertisement.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 4 of Article 66B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Zoning and Planning",
sub-title "Zoning", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

4. METHOD OF PROCEDURE. The legislative body of such mu-
nicipality shall provide for the manner in which such regula-
tions and restrictions and the boundaries of such districts shall
be determined, established, and enforced, and from time to
time amended, supplemented, or changed. However, no such
regulation, restriction, or boundary shall become effective until
after a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard.
At least 15 days' notice of the time and place of such hearing
shall be published in an official paper, or a paper of general
circulation, in such municipality and, in case of the change in
boundary or boundaries of any zoning district, a similar notice
shall be posted such place or places as the respective zoning
authorities shall designate within the zone proposed to be
changed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 398.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(1), Section 3 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1935 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-
title "Classes of Licenses", prescribing the license fee for
manufacturing or fermenting and bottling wine from grapes
grown in Maryland,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
