"Clerk", to follow immediately after Section 109, to be
known as Section 109A, directing the clerk of the circuit
court for Washington County to make an index of all writs
of attachment issued out of said Court.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Washington County", sub-title "Circuit Court",
sub-heading "Clerk", to follow immediately after Section 109,
to be known as Section 109A, and to read as follows:
109A. The clerk of the circuit court is directed to make a
separate and complete index, in a book well bound and suit-
able for the purpose, of all writs of attachment issued out of
said court, in the name of each defendant in the attachment
and short note cases, and also showing the name of each plain-
tiff in the attachment, short note, garnishee, and claimant
cases, the amount of the attachment and costs as set forth in
the writ, the date of issuance of the writ, the term of court,
and the number on the docket, and if the records of the court
show that the attachment has been laid, dismissed, quashed,
dissolved, or otherwise disposed of, or that any judgment
either nisi or final has been entered in the attachment, short
note, garnishee, or claimant cases, said index shall also set
forth such facts.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 329.
AN ACT to repeal Section 36 of Article 101 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Workmen's Com-
pensation", sub-title "Claims and Compensation; Benefits",
as the same was amended by Chapter 363 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland 1931, and to repeal Chapter
487 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland 1935;
and to re-enact with amendments said Section 36 of said
Article 101.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Atari/-
