vided for shall be made if twenty-five or more taxpayers, resi-
dents of said village of Towson as herein described, shall pe-
tition the Board of County Commissioners asking for such spe-
cial levy to be made.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on and after the first day of June, 1937.

CHAPTER 326.

AN ACT to add five new sections to Offutt's Revised Code of
the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County (1929 Edition),
Title No. 29, "Health and Sanitation", sub-title "Baltimore
County Metropolitan District", said new sections to im-
mediately follow Section 334 of said Code, and to be known
as Sections 334A, 334B, 334C, 334D and 334E, providing,
among other things, for sewer connections and payment
therefor in installments on certain conditions and for the
collection of assessments and certain charges by the Treas-
urer as taxes are now collected.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That five new sections be and the same are hereby added
to Offutt's Revised Code of the Public Local Laws of Balti-
more County (1929 Edition), Title No. 29, "Health and Sani-
tation", sub-title "Baltimore County Metropolitan District",
to immediately follow Section 334, to be known as Sections
334A, 334B, 334C, 334D and 334E, and to read as follows:

334A. The notice to connect toilets and drains provided for
in Section 334 shall be left with the owner or occupier, or
agent of the property mentioned in said notice, and if there be
no owner or occupier, or agent of the owner of said property,
upon which said notice can be served, notice shall be deemed
in all respects sufficient, if exposed in some open way upon
the property to which it refers.

334B. After receiving the notice to connect toilets and
drains provided for in Section 334, and within the time stated
therein, the owner of all such property shall comply with the
terms and requirements of said notice, and shall make said
connections with the said sewerage system, and do all of the
things prescribed by said notice, in a thorough and workman-
like manner, and in faithful conformity with all existing laws,
rules or regulations relating to plumbing, and especially so
