628 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 324

In Anne Arundel County, the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for said County shall forthwith remit to the City of Annapolis,
all license fees collected by him where the place of business
is located in said City and to the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel County if the place of business is
located outside of the City of Annapolis, less a fee of one
dollar (fi. 00) for the issuance of each license, in lieu of com-
missions. The Board of County Commissioners shall pay
from such receipts all refunds as hereinafter provided and
devote the balance to the general purposes of the County.
The City of Annapolis shall devote such receipts to the general
purposes of the City and shall not be required to pay the
refunds as hereinafter provided.

In Cecil County the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said
county shall forthwith remit to the County Commissioners all
license fees collected by Mm, less a fee of one dollar for the
issuance of each license, in lieu of Commissions, and the
County Commissioners shall receive from said license fees in
addition to their present salaries two hundred dollars per
annum for their services in acting as the Board of License
Commissioners for said County and the remainder of said fees,
after the payment of refunds as hereinafter provided, shall be
used by the said County Commissioners for the purposes of
the county.

In Charles County the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said
county shall forthwith remit to the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Charles County all license fees collected by him,
less a commission of five per centum for the issuance of each
license, and the County Commissioners shall use such portion
of said license fees as may be necessary to pay refunds as
hereinafter provided and the remainder of such license fees
shall be paid to the incorporated town in which the place of
business is located or retained by the County Commissioners
for the purposes of the county, if the place of business is not
located in an incorporated town.

In Dorchester, Kent, Talbot and Somerset Counties the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for each of said counties shall forth-
with remit all license fees collected by him, less a fee of one
dollar for the issuance of each license, to the Board of County
Commissioners for said County and the Board of County Com-
missioners shall use such portion of such receipts as may
be necessary to pay refunds as hereinafter provided, and
devote the balance to general purposes of the county.

In Frederick County the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said
county shall forthwith remit all license fees collected by him,
less a fee of one dollar ($ 1. 00) for the issuance of each license,
to the Board of County Commissioners for said county who
