twenty-one and seven-tenths (1821-7/10) feet to the northeast
bank of a ditch at a stake six (6) feet distant from the edge
of the same; thence parallel to and six (6) feet northeast of
the edge of said ditch South twenty-two (22) degrees forty-
one (41) minutes East four hundred fifty-five (455) feet to a
stake; thence across a field South thirty-nine (39) degrees
twenty-four (24) minutes East six hundred fifty (650) feet to
a stake on the northwest side of a private road; thence by and
with the northwest side of said private road South forty-
seven (47) degrees six (6) minutes West three hundred
twenty-seven and five-tenths (327-5/10) feet to the northeast
side of Market Street Extended; thence across said Market
Street Extended and the field on the southwest side thereof
South forty-seven and one-fourth (471/4) degrees West seven
hundred fifty-five and two-tenths (755-2/10) feet to an iron
bounder on the northeast side of Cedar Street; thence by and
with the northeast side of Cedar Street North forty-one (41)
degrees ten (10) minutes West eight hundred eighteen (818)
feet to an iron bounder at the North corner of Cedar and
Tenth Streets; thence by and with the northeast side of said
Cedar Street North forty-one (41) degrees nineteen (19)
minutes West four hundred thirty and seven-tenths (430-7/10)
feet to a marble monument on the northeast side of said Cedar
Street; thence across said Cedar Street South fifty (50) de-
grees six (6) minutes West three hundred four and three-
tenths (304-3/10) feet to a marble monument in a field;
thence across fields South seventy-six (76) degrees twenty
(20) minutes West twenty-two hundred thirty-five and five-
tenths (2235-5/10) feet to the stone bounder, the place of be-
ginning.

192. The Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City shall be,
and it is hereby authorized and directed to cause the metes
and bounds, described in Section 191 of this sub-title, to be
forthwith surveyed and distinctly marked by stones or other
monuments or markers to be placed at the beginning and
termination of each line, and at such other places as it deems
necessary to properly locate said boundary lines; and full
power is given to the Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City,
and to its agents, servants and employees, to enter upon any
and all property, from time to time, for the performance of
the duties imposed by this Act, in making said survey and in
order to erect and maintain suitable markers for the
boundaries of the municipality.

193. The Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City shall cause
to be made two (2) copies of said survey and the plat thereof,
which plat shall also show the old boundary lines of the town
of Pocomoke City, one of which shall be kept among the
