(c) "Board" means the Unemployment Compensation Board,
as constituted under Section 10 of this Article.

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That Sub-section (t) of
Section 19 of Article 95A, title "Unemployment Compensa-
tion", sub-title "Definitions", sub-title "Board of Review", be,
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments to read as follows:

(t) BOARD OF REVIEW. Whenever the term "Board of Re-
view" is used in this Act it shall mean the Unemployment
Compensation Board, as constituted under Section 10 of this
Article.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 315.

AN ACT placing the police of the Town of Laurel under the
provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the police of the Town of Laurel appointed under
the provisions of Chapter 431 of the Acts of Assembly of 1933,
and any amendments thereto, constituting the Charter of the
Town of Laurel, shall be considered workmen for wages and
shall be entitled to the benefits of Article 101 of the Anno-
tated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland unless the
Mayor and City Council of Laurel shall make provision equal
to or better than that given thereunder for such officers who
may be injured in the course of their duty and employment.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.
