whose control and supervision as to material and workman-
ship such work may be done.
SECTION 6. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds
from the sale of the bonds aforesaid shall be paid to the Treas-
urer of the Board of Education of Charles County, and shall
be applied to the erection, equipment and furnishing of a
new High School Building for children of the negro race,
and such other expenses as the said Board have properly
incurred in the discharge of its duty, and no part of the
proceeds of the said bonds shall be paid out by the said
Treasurer except upon the warrant of the Board of Education
of Charles County.
SECTION 7. And be it further enacted, That the County
Commissioners shall allocate annually from its share of the
funds received from the licenses for the sale of alcoholic
beverages in Charles County, a sum sufficient to pay the in-
terest on said bonds and to retire the One Thousand Dollars
($1, 000. 00) of the principal becoming due each year. If, in
any year, the sum received from the licenses for the sale of
alcoholic beverages is insufficient to pay said interest and to
retire said principal, the said County Commissioners shall,
for such year, levy upon the assessable property of Charles
County a sufficient sum to make up such deficiency.
SECTION 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 305.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
319A of Chapter 78 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, Special Session, 1933, making the breaking of any
building, in addition to any shop, store-house, tobacco house
or warehouse with intent to steal an amount under the value
of twenty-five dollars, or stealing, in such breaking, an
amount under the value of one dollar, a misdemeanor, and
providing jurisdiction and penalties for same.
