she shall be at liberty to bring said action within the respective
time so limited after the disability is removed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 276.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 426
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1927,
Codified as Sections 578 to 596, both inclusive, Article 17,
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's County"
as Sections 585 and 589 of said Article 17, were amended by
Chapter 462 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1935;
said Acts and amendments providing for the appointment of
a Justice of the Peace at Large for Prince George's County
to be designated as Police Justice and to define his duties,
powers, authority and jurisdiction, both civil and criminal,
as well as to define the duties, powers, authority and juris-
diction of other Justices of the Peace of said County; and
to provide for clerical assistance to said Police Justice and
to provide for the compensation of said Police Justice, and
his clerical assistants.
SECTION 1. Be U enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 426 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1927, and Chapter 462, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1935, codified as Sections 578
to 596, both inclusive, of Article 17, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, entitled "Prince George's County"
be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted to read as
follows:
578. That the Governor be, and he is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed by and with the advice and consent of
the Senate of the State of Maryland, to biennially appoint
not less than one nor more than three Justices of the Peace
for Prince George's County at Large, and in the event of a
vacancy in said offices of Justices of the Peace at Large, to
appoint a person without the advice or consent of the Senate,
to serve as such Justice of the Peace at Large for the residue
of the term.
579. That the Governor shall designate one of said Jus-
tices of the Peace at Large so appointed as "Police Justice"
