requirements of this section, which accepts citizens of this
State as members, and issues certificates or policies thereto,
shall issue said certificates or policies subject to the following
conditions:
(h) That the company consents that the State Insurance
Commissioner of Maryland is its agent for the service of proc-
ess, in any action, suit, or proceeding brought in this State,
which authority shall continue so long as any liability shall
remain outstanding.
(i) That the certificates or policy shall not be forfeited for
failure of the insured to give notice of change of occupation.
(j) That when a member or policyholder is injured or killed
by accidental means, compensation or indemnity shall be paid
to him or his beneficiary or beneficiaries according to the haz-
ard of the occupation in which he is actually employed at the
time of injury or death, and in accordance with a classification
of risks to be prepared or adopted by the Insurance Commis-
sioner of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 266.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
90 of Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Charles County", sub-title ''Coun-
ty Treasurer", as said section was amended by Chapter 545
of the Acts of 1935, 1 increasing the compensation of the
County Treasurer of Charles County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 90 of Article 9 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Charles County", sub-
title "County Treasurer", as said section was amended by
Chapter 545 of the Acts of 1933, be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
90. The said treasurer shall receive an annual salary of
twenty-five hundred dollars, to be levied by the County Com-
missioners at their annual levy each year, beginning with the
first levy after the term of office of said treasurer shall begin;
and he shall receive no other fees or compensation whatsoever
from any other source for the performance of his duties as
treasurer.
