CHAPTER 212.

AN ACT to repeal Section 520 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dor-
chester County", sub-title "Vienna", and to enact two new
sections in lieu thereof, said new sections to be known as
Sections 520 and 520A of said Article, extending the bound-
aries of the town of Vienna and relating to the territory
thereby annexed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 520 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County",
sub-title "Vienna", be and it is hereby repealed, and that two
new sections, to be known as Sections 520 and 520A of said
Article, be and they are hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to read
as follows:

520. The boundaries of the said Town of Vienna shall be as
follows: Beginning for the same at a concrete bounder planted
along the North shore of the Nanticoke River at the extreme
Northeast corner of the lands of Everett Layton, the said con-
crete bounder and place of beginning being located at the same
point where the present corporate limits intersect the North
side of the Nanticoke River, and from the said beginning run-
ning thence (all courses are figured from the True Meridian
and all angles are precise) (1) North 52 degrees 23 minutes;
West, 1507 feet and 9 inches to a concrete bounder planted
along a division line of the lands of Guy Phillips; from thence
running with said Phillips lands; (2) North 37 degrees 391
minutes West, 879 feet to a concrete bounder; (3) North 37
degrees 42 minutes East, 1123 feet and 1 inch to a concrete
bounder planted on the lands of James A. Higgins; (4) South
51 degrees 29 minutes East, 1253 feet and 5 inches to a concrete
bounder at the Northern end of Lime Kiln Ditch; (5) South
47 degrees 14 minutes East, 1015 feet and 7 inches to the
waters of the Nanticoke River, at the point where the middle
of the said Lime Kiln Ditch intersects the Northern Shore of
said River; from thence running and binding with the North-
ern Shore of the Nanticoke River, at the water's edge, to the
place of beginning.

520A. All of the said territory shall be subject to all of
the provisions of the Charter of Vienna, as heretofore, or that
may hereafter be enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, and all of the ordinances heretofore, or that may be
hereafter passed thereunder. All of the streets, highways, and
public thoroughfares contained within the metes, bounds and
