(c) Designation by Lot Number, and Block or Section (if
any) and name of development or sub-division, as shown on
any plat recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore County.
In no case shall a description by metes and bounds be neces-
sary, nor shall a greater sum than four dollars be paid for any
newspaper advertisement thereof.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on and after the first day of June, 1937.

CHAPTER 132.
AN ACT to add one new section to Title No. 13 "County Com-
missioners" of Offutt's Revised Code of Public Local Laws
of Baltimore County, 1929 Edition (Flack's Code Public
Local Laws, 1930, Article 3), said new section to immedi-
ately follow Section 127 of said first mentioned Code and to
be known as Section 127A, authorizing the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore County, within certain limitations,
to levy and expend funds for the hospitalization of residents
of said County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That one new section be added to Title No. 13 "County
Commissioners" of Offutt's Revised Code of the Public Local
Laws of Baltimore County, 1929 Edition (Flack's Code Pub-
lic Local Laws, 1930, Article 3), said new section to immedi-
ately follow Section 127 of said first mentioned Code, and to
be known as Section 127A, said new section to read as follows:
127A. The County Commissioners of Baltimore County
hereafter, when making up their regular annual County levy,
are hereby authorized to levy annually on all the assess-
able property liable to taxation by said Commissioners a sum
not to exceed Five thousand dollars ($5, 000. 00) per annum, to
be expended in the discretion of said Commissioners for hos-
pitalization of indigent and destitute bona fide residents of
said County, at a rate not exceeding two dollars ($2. 00) per
day per patient.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall be
effective on and after June 1, 1937.
