words: "For Constitutional Amendment" and "Against Con-
stitutional Amendment", as now provided by law, and imme-
diately after said election due returns shall be made to the
Governor of the vote for and against proposed amendment, as
directed by said Fourteenth Article of the Constitution, and
further proceedings had in accordance with said Article 14.
CHAPTER 526.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local. Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more City", sub-title "Special Fund", said new section to be
known as Section 780, and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 779 of said Article, to provide for the refund of con-
tributions to the Special Fund under certain conditions.

CHAPTER 527.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-sections
(c), (d) and (e) of Section 3 of Article 95A, title "Unem-
ployment Compensation", sub-title "Benefits"; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section (e) of Section 4 of
Article 95A, title "Unemployment Compensation", sub-title
"Benefit Eligibility Conditions"; to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Sub-section (c) of Section 7 of Article 95A,
title "Unemployment Compensation", sub-title "Contribu-
tions", sub-title "Records of Employer"; to repeal and re-
enact with amendments, Sub-sections (q) and (s) of Section
19 of Article 95A, title "Unemployment Compensation", sub-
title "Definitions", sub-title "Weekly Benefit Amount", so
as to change the method of determining full time weekly
wage in relation to benefit determination and payments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted 'by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-sections (c), (d) and (e) of Section 3 of Arti-
cle 95A, title "Unemployment Compensation", sub-title "Bene-
fits", be, and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
(c) WEEKLY BENEFIT FOR PARTIAL UNEMPLOYMENT. Each
