NOTE: The per capita allowance to hospitals for free
hospital days is standardized at $2.50. This rate
applies to cases not covered by contract appro-
priations by Baltimore City. Where Baltimore
City makes contribution, the State rate of contri-
bution to the hospital for these cases is the differ-
ence between the City contribution and the out-
side figure of $2.50 per day for free hospital days.
MISCELLANEOUS APPROPRIATIONS.
I. — The following appropriations are made from the Special
