transfer file, and a printed postcard notice of the fact, with
the information that his or her eligibility to vote has been
cancelled by reason of his or her failure to vote for two elec-
tion years, and that the voter must re-register in order to be
eligible to vote, shall be sent to the last known address of
such voter.

29-S. Except as otherwise provided in Section 29 or in
Sections 29-1 to 29-R, inclusive, or in any. Section of Article
33 heretofore enacted, the provisions of said Article 33 relat-
ing to registrations and elections shall apply in every par-
ticular to Baltimore City.

If any provision of Section 29 or of Sections 29-1 to 29-S,
inclusive, shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect
the validity of any other provision of any of said Sections.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts of
laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and
they are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 78.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
151A of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-title
''County Commissioners", as said section was enacted by
Chapter 56 of the Acts of 1935, increasing the payments to
be made to certain Volunteer Fire Departments in Kent
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 151A of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", as said section was enacted
by Chapter 56 of the Acts of 1935, be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:

151A. The County Commissioners of Kent County are here-
by authorized and directed to pay on or before the 15th day
of January, in each and every year, the sum of One Thousand
Dollars ($1, 000. ) to the Millington Volunteer Fire Company,
