63. To Deed from George I. Hallowell and E. Evelyn
Hallowell, his wife, to Vestrymen of St. Bartholomew's Parish,
said deed bearing date May 4, 1921, and recorded among the
Land Records in Somerset County, in Liber W. J. S. 84, folio
328, etc., a lot or parcel of land fronting 100 feet on the West
side of N. Somerset Avenue, Crisfield, Maryland.

64. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of William F. Thiemeyer, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills
for Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 185, folio 103,
viz:

(a) To the Saint Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, now
having its place of worship at the southwest corner of Sara-
toga Street and Preemont Avenue, Baltimore, Two Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($250. 00).

(b) To the Augsburg Home Association for Orphans' and
the Aged, now having its home on Campfield Road, Baltimore,
Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250. 00).

65. To the bequest of $1, 000. 00 to the Vestry of St. James'
Church, My-Lady's-Manor, Baltimore County, given under the
Will of Anna M. I. F. Philpot, late of Baltimore City and re-
corded in office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore in Liber
J. H. B. 1184, folio 424.

66. To the bequest to the Calvary Lutheran Church located
at Payson Street and North Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, of
the sum of $100. 00 contained in the Will of Jacob F. Rader,
which Will is recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City in Wills, Liber J. H. B. No. 185, folio 539, etc.

67. To the devise and bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Joseph B. Parodi, late of Anne Arundel
County, deceased, of record in the office of the Register of
Wills of said County in Liber G. T. C. No. 1, Folio 593.

68. To "The Redemptorists" covering four houses and lots
designated as Lots Nos. 210, 212, 214 and 220 King George
Street, Annapolis, Maryland; and also the sanction and con-
sent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and
disposing of said property by the said "The Redemptorists".

69. To deed from John N. Newman to The Redemptorists,
dated 28 October, 1858, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Anne Arundel County in Liber N. H. G. No. 7, Folio
628. Property in City of Annapolis.

70. To deed from John Nepon Newman to The Redemptor-
ists, dated 28 October, 1858, and recorded among the Land
