(b) HYATTSVILLE. It shall not be lawful for any person or
persons or body corporate to sell directly or indirectly at any
place within the corporate limits of the Town of Hyattsville,
or to give away at any place of business therein, any alcoholic
beverages or any intoxicating drinks of any kind, other than
beer and light wine. The Board of License Commissioners
for Prince George's County shall not approve the application
for any license, and the Clerk shall not issue any license, for
the sale of any alcoholic beverages or intoxicating drinks of
any kind, within the limits of the Town of Hyattsville, other
than beer and light wine.
(c) RIVERDALE. It shall not be lawful for any person or
persons or body corporate to sell directly or indirectly at any
place within the corporate limits of the Town of Riverdale, or
to give away at any place of business therein, any alcoholic
beverages or intoxicating drinks of any kind for consumption
on the premises, except beer and wine. The Board of License
Commissioners for Prince George's County shall not approve
the application for any license, and the Clerk shall not issue
any license, for the sale of any alcoholic beverages or intoxi-
cating drinks of any kind for consumption on the premises,
within the limits of the Town of Riverdale, other than beer
and wine.
33. QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY. In Queen Anne's County,
(a) "Off Sale" licenses shall permit the licensee to sell
beverages in packages, containing not less than one dozen
bottles, or single containers of not less than five gallon con-
tent, for consumption off the premises only.
(b) ''On Sale" licenses may be granted only to bona fide
hotels, restaurants where meals are habitually served for pay-
ment and/or incorporated clubs.
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS ON ISSUE OF LICENSES
36. LICENSES NOT TO BE ISSUED TO A PARTNER-
SHIP, CORPORATION OR UNINCORPORATED ASSO-
CIATION, (a) A license shall not be issued to a partnership
as such, nor to a corporation as such, but only to individuals
authorized to act for such partnership or corporation who
shall assume all responsibilities as individuals, and be subject
to all of the penalties, conditions and restrictions imposed upon
licensees under the provisions of this Article. If the applica-
tion is made for a partnership, the license shall be applied for
and be issued to all the partners as individuals, all of whom
shall have resided in the City or County in which the place
of business is located for at least two years prior to said ap-
plication, or shall have resided in the State of Maryland for
