removal of the licensed premises from one location to another
where said removal is made necessary by fire or other catas-
throphe while said premises are being restored, and which
shall entitle the holder thereof to exercise the privileges of
such license for a period in the discretion of the licensing au-
thority but not to exceed six months. No fee shall be charged
for this special license but the said licensing authority shall be
required to approve, as in the case of original applications, the
new location to which the license holder has temporarily re-
moved.

(h) RESTRICTIONS. None of the special licenses provided for
in this section shall be issued in any county, or in Baltimore
City, or in this State in case of application for State-wide
license, if the issuance of a regular license of the same class
is not authorized by this Article.

(i) GARRETT COUNTY. No special license shall be issued in
Garrett County.

LOCAL LICENSES AND LICENSE PROVISIONS

23. ADDITIONAL LICENSE FEES AND TAXES BY
CITIES AND TOWNS PROHIBITED, (a) No city or town
shall be permitted to impose any additional license fees or
taxes other than the usual property tax, upon alcoholic bever-
ages, or upon the exercise of the privileges conferred by the
licenses issued under the provisions of this Article, except as
hereinafter provided.

(b) PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY. In Prince George's County,
any incorporated town shall be authorized to require any
license holder for any place of business situated in such town
to pay to such town an additional annual license fee not ex-
ceeding 20 per cent of the fee payable under the provisions of
this Article.

24. CLASS F LICENSES. The provisions of this Article
with respect to Class F licenses shall not be deemed as repealed
by any local or general Act hereafter passed unless expressly
referred to and expressly repealed in terms.

25. ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, (a) SPECIAL SUNDAY
LICENSES. (1) Notwithstanding any other provision of this
Article, no license for sale of alcoholic beverages issued by the
Board of License Commissioners for Anne Arundel County
(except "special licenses" provided for in Section 22 of this
Article) shall be deemed to nor shall it permit or authorize
the holder thereof to sell any. alcoholic beverages in Anne
