AN ACT to repeal Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1939 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", and all
amendments thereof and additions thereto, and to enact in
lieu thereof a new Article 2B, title "Alcoholic Beverages",
revising and re-codifying the alcoholic beverages laws of
this State, incorporating into said Article 2B all Public
Local Laws relating to alcoholic beverages, and generally
rearranging and simplifying all laws having to do with
alcoholic beverages; to repeal Sections 299 to 316N, inclusive,
of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Allegany County", sub-title "Alcoholic
Beverages", as said sections were enacted by ch. 5 and by ch.
58 of the Acts of the Special Session of 1933, Section 301
thereof having been amended by ch. 347 of the Acts of 1941;
to repeal Sections 34 to 59, inclusive, and Sections 61, 62 and
62A of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County", Bub-
title "Annapolis", Section 34 thereof having been amended
and Section 62A thereof having been enacted by ch. 392
of the Acts of 1933, and Section 54 thereof having been
amended bv ch. 211 of the Acts of 1939; to repeal Sections
379 to 390B, inclusive, of Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arun-
del County", sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks",
Sections 390A and 390B thereof having been enacted by ch.
84 of the Acts of the Special Session of 1933; to repeal Sec-
tions 368 to 380P, inclusive, of Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline
County", sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks", Section
369 thereof having been amended by ch. 690 of the Acts of
1939, and Sections 375 to 380F thereof, inclusive, having been
amended by ch. 693 of the Acts of 1939; to repeal Sections
205 to 207, inclusive, of Article 9 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Charles County",
sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Liquors", Sections 206
and 207 thereof having been amended by ch. 497 of the Acts
of 1937, and Section 207 thereof having also been amended
by ch. 32 of the Acts of 1937; to repeal Sections 367 to 374,
