$1,000.00 unto the Trinity Methodist Church of the Baltimore
Annual Conference for the Woman's Society of Christian
Service. Miss Numsen's will was admitted to probate by the
Orphan's Court of Baltimore City on January 3, 1945, and is
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills, Liber J.H.B. No. 215, folio 200.

164. To deed from Joshua L. Schlenker and wife and
Jacob M. Ephraim and wife to the Congregation Rabbune
Joseph Chaim Sonnefeld of leasehold interest in 3016 Oakley
Street and recorded in Liber M.L.P. 6767, folio 601, of Balti-
more City.

165. To deed from John Speed and wife to the Mt. Hebron
Baptist Church, of leasehold property 1803 Jefferson Street,
Baltimore City, the deed being recorded in Liber M.L.P.

166. To deed from Lola E. Edlavitch of Lots Nos. 1-4 in
Block "F", Lots Nos. 1-5 in Block "E", and Lots Nos. 10-14
in Block "B" of the re-subdivision of the Arundel subdivision,
Hyattsville, to the First Church of Christ Scientist, Hyatts-
ville, the deed being recorded in Plat Book B. B. No. 6, folio
39, recorded in the Land Records of Prince George's County,
