152. To an undivided one-third interest in an annual ground
rent or reversion of $90.00 issuing and payable out of property
3105 Rosalie Avenue to St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran
Church under the Will of Sophia Richter, duly probated and
now of record in the office of the Register of Wills for Balti-
more County in Wills, Liber J. P. C. No. 39, folio 123. See
also Deed dated December 1, 1937, to Sophia Richter from
Ella V. Remley, recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5782, folio 171.

153. To St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church one-
third of the rest and residue of the Estate of Sophia Ricnter
under her Last Will and Testament, duly probated and now
of record in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
County in Wills, Liber J. P. C. No. 39, folio 12$.

154. To deed from German English Evangelical Lutheran
Church to St. John's Concordia Evangelical Lutheran Church
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City on Febru-
ary 5, 1947, in Liber M. L. P. , folio , being the prop-
erty located at No. 1935 Walbrook Avenue.

155. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of sixty
dollars ($60.00), reversionary interest in the lot and improve-
ments known as 328 S. Calhoun Street, in Baltimore City,
State of Maryland, from M. Peter Schmidtt, Executor, etc., to
the American Province of the Xaverian Brothers, of Baltimore
County, a body corporate, dated October 9, 1946, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber M. L. P.
No. 7016, folio 431, etc.

156. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of J. Henry Gough, late of Anne Arundel County, de-
ceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Anne Arundel County, in Wills, Liber R. G. P. No. 2, folio
383 and 384.

(a) To the Trustees of Manresa-on-the-Severn, Inc., Annap-
olis, Maryland, $1,355.41.

157. To Deed dated October 24, 1912, and recorded in the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 413,
folio 83, from Halethorpe Land and Improvement Co. to Most
Reverend James Gibbons, Archbishop of Baltimore, for lots
Nos. 168 and 170 on the plat of Halethorpe recorded in Plat
