shall bear the facsimile signature of the President of the
County Commissioners printed, lithographed or engraved
thereon.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the bonds author-
ized by this Act shall be sold in the manner prescribed by
Section 35 of Article 31 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition).

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the entire pro-
ceeds from the sale of such bonds after payment of costs of
engraving and all other incidental costs and expenses con-
nected with the issuance of the bonds shall be paid over at
once by the County Commissioners of Allegany County to the
Allegany County Board of Education and shall be used at
once by the Board of Education, for the acquisition of a
site and for the erection, furnishing and equipping of a
new school at Mount Savage for elementary grades and for
junior and senior high school grades; for the acquisition of
a site and for the erection, furnishing and equipping of a new
school at Lonaconing for junior and senior high school
grades; and for the acquisition of a site and for the erection,
furnishing and equipping of a new school at Ellerslie for
elementary grades; provided, however, that the Board of
Education may, in its discretion, construct any school au-
thorized by this Act on any existing school site, or part there-
of. Any balance remaining after the acquisition of the
sites and the erection and equipping of the above-mentioned
buildings shall be paid to the County Treasurer of Allegany
County and be used for paying the interest on or redeeming
any of said bonds.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds
from the sale of the bonds authorized by this Act shall be
added to the proceeds from the bonds authorized and sold
under the provisions of Chapter 416 of the Acts of 1941, it
being the intent and purpose of this Act to supplement and
add to the moneys realized from the bonds sold under
authority of said Chapter 416 of the Acts of 1941, for the
same purposes as specified in said Chapter 416 of the Acts
of 1941. The actual construction of said several schools
shall thereafter be begun in accordance with the provisions
of this Act and of said Chapter 416 of the Acts of 1941.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That until all of the
bonds issued under this Act have matured and been redeemed,
the County Commissioners of Allegany County shall annually
levy a tax upon the assessable property of the County
