SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 316, 317, 318, 319 and 320 of Article 23
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Wicomico County", sub-title "Salisbury", sub-heading
"Band", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 250.
(House Bill 298)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Bal-
timore County", sub-title "Traders Licenses", said new
section to be known as Section 772 and to follow imme-
diately after Section 771 of said Article, requiring the
payment of personal property taxes for preceding years
before issuance, of traders licenses in Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Traders
Licenses", said new section to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 771 of said Article and to read as follows:

772. The Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County
shall not issue to any person, firm or corporation, a traders
license as required by Article 56 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Traders",
unless such person, firm or corporation, shall produce and ex-
hibit satisfactory evidence that all taxes on personal property
assessed to the license applicant for years preceding that in
which the traders license is requested have been paid.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws and parts
of laws, general or local, inconsistent with the provisions of
this Act, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency.
