CHAPTER 231.
(House Bill 205)
AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (Flack's Edition, 1943),
title "Municipalities", sub-title "Payment of Fines", said
new section to be known as Section 1076A, and to follow
immediately after Section 1076 of the said Code, fixing the
amount of costs in cases of trials before the Trial Magis-
trates in said County for breach of ordinances of the several
incorporated towns in the said County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be, and it is hereby, added to the
Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (Flack's
Edition, 1943), title "Municipalities", sub-title "Payment of
Fines", said new section to be known as Section 1076A, to
follow after Section 1076 of the said Code and to read as
follows:
1076A. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 96
of Article 52 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
and the provisions of other laws, the costs in trials before the
Trial Magistrates of Prince George's County upon charges of
breach of ordinances of the several incorporated towns in the
said County shall be not more than Two Dollars ($2.00) for
any one charge of breach of said ordinances.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 232.
(House Bill 233)
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor and Council-
men of Frostburg, Allegany County, Maryland, to issue
and sell bonds of said City to an amount not exceeding
Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), "Frostburg Water
Improvement and Refunding Bonds of 1947" for the purpose
of improving the general water system of said City and for
the purpose of refunding the Water Improvement Bonds
of 1923 heretofore issued and due August 1, 1948, and
