All persons receiving such license to practice embalming
in this State who shall register before said Board as pro-
vided in this sub-title shall also register such fact at the
office of the Board of Health in the City or County in which
he or she proposes to practice said profession of embalm-
ing.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 900.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 48A of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), "title "Insur-
ance," sub-title "General Provisions," said new section
to be known as Section 68B and to follow immediately
after Section 68A of said Article, relating to policies
issued to cover the tort liability of charitable institutions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section be and it is hereby added to Article
48A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition
title "Insurance," sub-title "General Provisions," said new
section to be known as Section 68B, to follow immediately
after Section 68A of said Article, and to read as follows:

68B. Each policy issued to cover the liability of any
charitable institution for negligence or any other tort
shall contain a provision to the effect that the insurer shall
be estopped from asserting, as a defense to any claim
covered by said policy, that such institution is immune
from liability on the ground that it is a charitable
institution.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.
