any airport upon which the airman shall land, or upon the
reasonable request of any prospective passenger. Where a
certificate, permit or license is required by'the'United States
for an aircraft, it shall be carried in the aircraft at all times
while the aircraft is operating in the State, shall be con-
spicuously posted in the aircraft where it may be readily
seen by passengers or inspectors, and shall be presented
for inspection upon the demand of any peace officer, or any
other officer of the State or of a municipality or member,
official or employee of the Commission authorized pursuant
to Section 99 of this Act to enforce the aeronautics laws,
or any official, manager or person in charge of any airport
upon which the aircraft shall land.
94. (Registration of Pilots and Aircraft; Requisites;
Exemptions.)
(a) (Pilot Registration; Fees.) Subject to the limi-
tations of subsections (c) and (d) of this Section, the
Commission is authorized to require that every individual
who pilots an aircraft within this State shall register with
the Commission and shall give notification of change of
address. The Commission may charge for such registra-
tion, a fee not exceeding one dollar.
(b) (Aircraft Registration; Fees.) Subject to the
limitations of subsections (c) and (d) of this Section, the
Commission is authorized to require that every aircraft
operating within this State shall be registered with the
Commission for each year in which the aircraft is operated
within the State. The Commission may charge for each
such registration, and for each annual renewal thereof, a
fee not exceeding one dollar.
(c) (Requirements for Registration, Issuance of Cer-
tificates.) Possession of the appropriate effective federal
certificate, permit, rating or license relating to compe-
tency of the pilot or ownership and airworthiness of the
aircraft, as the case may be, and payment of the fee duly
required pursuant to the provisions of this Section shall be
the only requisites for registration of a pilot or an aircraft
under this Section. Registration shall be effected by filing
with the Commission a written statement containing the
information reasonably required by the Commission for
such purpose. It shall not be necessary for the registrant
to provide the Commission with originals or copies of
federal certificates, permits, ratings or licenses. The Com-
mission may issue certificates of registration, or such other
evidences of registration or payment of fees as it may
