Whenever an accident causing disability for a period of
more than three days following the happening of such
accident occurs to any employee, it shall be the duty of the
employer within ten (10) days after the receipt of notice
of such accident, oral or written, to report such accident
and injury resulting therefrom to the Commission, and
also to any local representative of the Commission. Such
report shall state (a) the time, cause and nature of the
accident and injuries, and the probable duration of the
injury resulting therefrom; (b) whether the accident
arose out of or in the course of the injured person's
employment; (c) any other matters and rules and regula-
tions as the Commission may prescribe.
Any employer who shall fail to report any accident
within the time prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 896.
(Senate Bill 308)
AN ACT to add twenty-five (25) new Sections to Article
1A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Ed.),
title "Aeronautics", to be under a new sub-title "State
Aviation Commission", said new Sections to be known
as Sections 80-104, inclusive, and to follow immediately
after Section 79 of said Article, relating to aviation,
its development and regulation within this State, creat-
ing a State Aviation Commission and the office of
Director of Aeronautics, and defining the powers and
duties of each, authorizing the receipt and disburse-
ment of Federal funds for construction of State and
municipal airports, authorizing Counties, political sub-
divisions and municipalities to issue bonds for the acqui-
sition and building of airports, and providing for the
imposition of taxes for the payment of principal and
interest of said bonds, and prescribing violations of the
terms of this Act, and providing penalties therefor.
SECTIONl. Be it enactcd by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That twenty-five (25) new Sections be added to Article 1A
