(1943 Edition), title "Roads", relating to the authority of
the County Commissioners with respect to county roads.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary and the same general authority is granted in more
satisfactory form by Sections 1, 2, 4 and 9 of Article 25 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition) ; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 1200 and 1202 to 1213, inclusive, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943
Edition), title "Roads", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 887.
(House Bill 893)

AN ACT to add four new sections to Article 20 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County", sub-title "Crisfield", to be under a new
sub-heading "Dogs", said new sections to be known as Sec-
tions 114A, 114B, 114C, and 114D, and to follow imme-
diately after Section 114 of said Article, authorizing the
Mayor and Council of Crisfield to establish and maintain
a department for the licensing of dogs, the supervision of
dogs, the handling, impounding and destruction and dis-
position of unlicensed dogs, the establishment of public
dog pounds, the employment of adequate personnel, the
powers of said personnel and authorizing the Mayor and
Council of Crisfield to make necessary ordinances, rules,
regulations and provisions for a complete and effective en-
forcement of this Act in the City of Crisfield.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That four new sections be and they are hereby added to
Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Somerset County", sub-title "Crisfield" to be
under a new sub-heading "Dogs," said new Sections to be
known as Sections 114A, 114B, 114C, and 114D, to follow im-
mediately after Section 114 of said Article and to read as
follows:
