as any of said bonds are outstanding, such sum of money in
addition to the tax rate authorized by Section 94J hereof as
may be necessary to pay the interest on the said bonds and to
retire the said bonds at maturity.

94AK. All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with the pro-
visions of this Act be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of their inconsistency, provided that nothing herein
contained shall be taken as restricting any control which the
State Board of Health of Maryland is empowered to exercise.

SEWER.

94AL. The Commissioners of Hebron are hereby author-
ized, empowered and directed to construct and establish a
sewerage system, and sewage treatment plant for the Town of
Hebron and for the purpose of providing the funds therefor,
the Commissioners of Hebron are hereby authorized and em-
powered to borrow from time to time a gum or sums of money
not exceeding in the aggregate Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,-
000.00), upon the faith and credit of the Town of Hebron, and
to issue and sell serial bonds therefor, which said bonds shall
be known as ''Hebron, Maryland Sewerage System Bonds".
Any bonds issued under this section shall be issued in such
form as said Commissioners shall determine with interest not
exceeding five per cent (5%) per annum, and shall be issued
in accordance with the provisions of Sections 33-36, inclusive,
of Article 31 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion). Said bonds shall be forever exempt from State, Coun-
ty and Municipal Taxation.

94AM. The Commissioners of Hebron shall annually levy
upon all assessable property liable to taxation in the Town
of Hebron at the regular tax levying period an amount
sufficient to meet and pay the interest on said bonds so issued
and outstanding, and to meet and pay the principal of said
bonds as they shall become due, which tax shall be levied
and collected, and shall have the same priority rights, bear
the same interest and penalties and in every respect be treated
as other town taxes now are. S'aid amount so levied and
collected shall be kept in a separate fund for the payment
of said interest and principal and for no other purpose what-
soever.

94AN. The said Commissioners shall have authority to
design, construct, maintain, and operate a sewerage system
and sewage treatment plant; and to acquire by gift, purchase,
lease or condemnation all lands either in fee or as an ease-
ment, improvements, water courses and water rights necessary
therefor.
