name and license number on some prominent part of said
skiff or row boat in large legible letters and numbers to
correspond with said name and number of license issued
to him. Said license shall only be valid during the current
open season provided by law for the hunting of wild water-
fowl in this State.

(c) The Clerks of the Circuit Court of Frederick, Mont-
gomery, Washington, Harford and Cecil Counties shall on
the first day of July, 1943, and on the first day of each, and
every month thereafter transmit to the Comptroller of the
State all moneys received by them for the issuance of the
aforesaid licenses and said moneys so received by the Comp-
troller shall be placed to the credit of the State Game Pro-
tection Fund, and said Clerks shall report to the State
Game Warden the first of each and every month the name
and address of each licensee to whom they have issued license
the preceding month for a skiff or rowboat, designating num-
ber of said license and description of said boat.

40. (Penalties.) Any person violating any of the pro-
visions of Sections 37 to 39 shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction before any Justice of
the Peace of this State shall be fined not less than Twenty-
five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
for each and every offense and each wild duck, goose, swan
or brant so shot at, killed, or had in possession shall consti-
tute a separate offense under this section.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

(House Bill 50)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 236
of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943
Supplement), as amended by Chapter 752 of the Acts of
1945, title "Insurance", sub-title "Non-Profit Health Service
Plans", providing minimum capital requirements to qualify
for authority to do business.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 236 of Article 48A of the Annotated Code
