east side of the road between Forestville and Central Avenue
to the present boundary of the said Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, thence with the present boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.

(e) All of those tracts adjoining or within the Town of
Gaithersburg, as follows:

Beginning for the same at a point where the corporate
limits of the Town of Gaithersburg intersects the northern
or rear boundary of Lot 25, Block 4 of "Russell and Brooks
Addition to Gaithersburg" as shown on a plat thereof record-
ed among the Land Records of Montgomery County, Mary-
land in Plat Book B, as Plat No. 40, said point being also
on the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District, and running, thence in a northeasterly direction
with the N 73°-04-' E 939.6' line of the said "Russell and
Brooks Addition to Gaithersburg" to the northeast corner
of Lot 31, Block 4 of the said subdivision, thence to a point
in the middle of Summit Avenue (Goshen Road) said point
being the north end of the third or N 13°-08' W 123.64 feet
line of the conveyance from Lory E. Secrist to Jesse M. Day
as recorded among the Land Records of Montgomery County,
Maryland in Liber 785, Folio 111, thence with the fourth or S
73°-58'-30" E 906.8 feet line of the said conveyance to Jesse
M. Day to a point 200 feet distant from and at right angles
to the east side of said Summit Avenue, thence in a generally
southerly direction east of, parallel to and 200 feet distant
from the east side of said Summit Avenue to intersect the
corporate limits of the Town of Gaithersburg, said point being
on the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District, thence in a generally northwesterly direction
with the corporate limits of the Town of Gaithersburg and
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District to the point of beginning.

(f) Certain parcels of land in the Seabrooke area des-
cribed as follows:

All of Blocks A, B, C, D, P, Q and R in the sub-division
known as S'eabrook and all of Blocks J and M in the sub-
division known as Halliewood, as shown on plats thereof
recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's County,
said blocks lying east of Railroad Avenue and West of Emack
Street and the line of Sherman Park, and a tract of land
bounded on the west by Railroad Avenue, on the north by
Block M, on the east by Sherman Park and on the south by
the Defense Highway.
