138. To the devises and bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament and Codicil of Philip L. Messer, late of
Baltimore County, deceased, of record in the Office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore County in "Wills", Liber
J. P. C. 40, folio 365, viz:

(a) One-half of the rest and residue to the Little
Sisters of the Poor, in Baltimore City

(b) One-half of the rest and residue to St. Mar-
tin's Day Nursery, Incorporated of Baltimore City.

139. To deed from Joseph S. Wernig, Jr. and Thelma
K. Wernig, his wife, to Trustees of the University Baptist
Congregation of Baltimore, dated June 4, 1946, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P.
No. 6933, folio 417, etc., for property 210 Witherspoon Road.

140. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Martha A. Lederer, deceased, taken
from "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 222, folio 63, one of the
record books in the Office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City:

(a) The Committee of the Baptist Church in the
City of Baltimore, also known as the First Baptist Church,
the sum of $5,000.00.
