of Block 56 of B. F. Gilbert's Sub-division to the Potomac
Conference Corporation of Seventh-Day Adventists by
Clinton J. Coon and Edith Eliza Coon, his wife, dated
November 16, 1943, and recorded in Liber No. 933, folio
236, one of the Land Records for Montgomery County,
Maryland.

106. To a deed and conveyance of a certain parcel of
land in Takoma Park, Montgomery County, Maryland, de-
scribed as Lot 1 in Block 56B in the resubdivision of Block
56 of B. F. Gilbert's Sub-division to the Potomac Confer-
ence Corporation of Seventh-Day Adventists by Sydney W.
Tymeson and Miriam G. Tymeson, his wife, dated Septem-
ber 18, 1942, and recorded in Liber No. 905, folio 24,
one of the Land Records for Montgomery County, Mary-
land.

land in Takoma Park, Montgomery County, Maryland, de-
scribed as part of a tract of land called "Killmarnock" des-
ignated as Lot 9 of a sub-division of part of the Samuel
Fenton Farm to the Potomac Conference Corporation of
Seventh-Day Adventists by Stanley T. Powers and Ethel
D. Powers, his wife, and recorded in Liber No. 1018 in
folio 184, one of the Land Records of Montgomery County,
Maryland, and dated May 10, 1946.

108. To a deed and conveyance of a certain parcel of
land in Takoma Park, Prince George's County, Maryland,
described as Lot 35 in Block 46 in the sub-division known
as Fletcher's Addition to Takoma Park to the Potomac Con-
ference Corporation of Seventh-Day Adventists by Nelson
H. Bailey and Catherine E. Bailey, his wife, dated June 16,
1943, and recorded in Liber No. 711, folio 139, one of
the Land Records of Prince George's County, Maryland.

109. To a deed and conveyance of a certain parcel of
land in Takoma Park, Montgomery County, Maryland, de-
