plat is recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Plat Book S. C. L. No. 7, folio 55. The deed to the prop-
erty was recorded on May 6th, 1937, among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5718, folio 464,
etc.

80. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament dated January 16th, 1945, of my uncle,
Joseph F. Trageser, deceased, late of Baltimore City, which
Will is of record in the Register of Wills' Office of Baltimore
City, viz:

(a) Little Sisters of the Poor

(b) St. Vincent's Infant Home

(c) St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum

(d) Oblate Sisters of Divine Providence

(e) St. Ignatius Church

(f) St. Ann's Church

(g) St. Francis Xavier Church

(h) St. Alphonsus Church

81. To deed from Safe Deposit and Trust Company,
Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of Arunah S.
Abell, deceased, to the Academy of the Visitation, Wilming-
ton, Delaware, dated September 18th, 1941, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M.L.P.
No. 6230, folio 97, etc., conveying title to the annual ground
rent of $65.00, issuing and payable out of No. 2001 Ken-
nedy Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland; and to the holding and
disposing of said property according to Law.

82. To deed from Joseph C. Murphy and wife to the Car-
melite Sisters of Baltimore, dated August 14th, 1930, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in
Liber S. C. L. No. 5150, folio 280, etc., conveying title to
the annual ground rent of $60.00, issuing and payable out of
No. 457 Yale Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland; and to the hold-
ing and disposing of said property according to Law.

83. To deed from the Salvation Army (Incorporated un-
der the Laws of the State of New York) to the Salvation
Army (Incorporated under the Laws of the State of
Georgia), dated June 28th, 1927, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4767,
folio 175, etc., conveying title to leasehold property No.
