the Last Will and Testament of Eugenia C. Willig, dated
April 12th, 1944, and recorded among the records of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J. H.
B. No. 222, folio 414.

69. To deed, dated June 25th, 1946, from the Fulton
Avenue Presbyterian Church of Baltimore City, a body cor-
porate, to Rehobeth Church of God in Christ Jesus (Apos-
tolic), a body corporate, conveying the parcel of land de-
scribed in said deed, known as No. 1034 North Fulton Ave-
nue, Baltimore, Maryland, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6948, folio
580, etc.

70. To the bequest of $500.00 to St. Luke's Episcopal
Church, Fifteenth Street, Northwest, Washington, District
of Columbia, contained in the Last Will and Testament of
M. F. Wigginton Brown, deceased, taken from "Wills",
Liber O. W. R. No. 6, folio 473, one of the record books
in the Office of the Register of Wills of Montgomery County.

71. To the devises and bequests to the Vestry of Christ
Protestant Episcopal Church in Great Choptank Parish of
the Diocese of Easton contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Nannie S. Dixon, deceased, late of Dorchester
County, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
Dorchester County, Maryland, in "Wills" Liber R. P. S. No.
5, folio 170.

72. To the devises and bequests to the Vestry of Christ
Episcopal Church in Great Choptank Parish of the Diocese
of Easton contained in the Last Will and Testament of Wil-
liam Lee Dixon, deceased, late of Dorchester County, of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for Dorchester
County, Maryland, in "Wills" Liber R. P. S. No. 5, folio
464.

73. To the Grand and Conveyance of the fee simple prop-
erty and improvements known as No. 2401 Eutaw Place, in
Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from Selig Levin to the
Baltimore Hebrew Chizuk Amuno Congregation of Balti-
more City, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, by
deed dated December 12, 1941, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6254,
folio 528.

74. To the Grant and Conveyance of the fee simple prop-
erty and improvements located at the intersection of the
northernmost side of Kennison Avenue and the northwest
