mission whether or not such obligation or claim is now con-
tingent or unliquidated in amount.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That Section 244 of
Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion), title "Licenses", sub-title "Gasoline Tax", be and it is
hereby repealed.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That Section 250 of
Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition),
title "Licenses", sub-title "Gasoline Tax", be and it is hereby
repealed.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That Section 303 of
Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition),
title "Licenses", sub-title "Public Passenger Motor Vehicles",
be and it is hereby repealed, and that a new section be and it
is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as Section 303
of said Article, to follow immediately after Section 302 of
said Article, and to read as follows:
303. The Department of Motor Vehicles shall account for
and remit all monies collected by it under this sub-title to the
State Treasurer who, after first paying, or retaining a suffi-
cient amount thereof to pay, all refunds of license and regis-
tration fees provided for in this sub-title, shall hold the bal-
ance of said monies in the special fund known as the Motor
Vehicle Revenue Fund, created pursuant to the provisions
of Section 285 of Article 66 1/2 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, said Fund to be thereafter held and distributed
in accordance with the provisions applicable thereto of Ar-
ticle 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That Section 314 of
Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion), title "Licenses", sub-title "Public Freight Motor Ve-
hicles", be and it is hereby repealed, and that a new section
be and it is hereby enacte'd in lieu thereof, to be known as
Section 314 of said Article, to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 313 of said Article, and to read as follows:
314. The Department of Motor Vehicles shall account
