of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement),
title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Administration-Registra-
tion-Titling", said new section to be known as Section 74A,
to follow immediately after Section 74 of said Article, and
to read as follows:
74A. Notwithstanding any provision of Section 74 of
this sub-title to the contrary, license tags of such size and
design as may be determined in the discretion of the Com-
missioner of Motor Vehicles, shall be issued for an annual
fee of one dollar for veteran motor cars subject to the fol-
lowing conditions:
1. The term "veteran motor car" shall mean any motor
car which is over 25 years old.
2. The owners of such cars shall prove ownership there-
of by a Maryland certificate of title.
3. The owner shall sign an affidavit accompanying his
application that the vehicle for which the tag is sought
to be issued will not be used primarily for the trans-
portation of passengers or goods over the public highways,
but will be maintained solely for use in exhibitions, club
activities, parades and similar uses.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any part or
parts of Section 74 of this Sub-title which are inconsistent
with the provisions of this Section are hereby expressly
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

(Senate Bill 357)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
152 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County",
sub-title "Board of Estimates", authorizing the County
Commissioners to transfer certain balances in the Coun-
ty Budget after the fixing of the levy, and to receive
and expend revenue from sources other than the an-
nual levy.
