purpose of the Department of Game and Inland Fish, and any surplus remaining
in the budget at the end of the fiscal year does not revert to the General Treasury
but is carried forward for the use of the department during the subsequent fiscal
year. It is the intention that the monies collected shall be available for the pur-
poses of the department according to law.
