fourth, fifth, seventh, and eighth districts of Anne Arundel
County only.

Provided, however, that holders of "Beach and Amusement
Park Licenses" may grant written permission to patrons of
their beaches or parks to bring alcoholic beverages not pur-
chased from said licensees upon the licensed premises, and to
permit the consumption of said beverages upon the licensed
premises.

157. DORCHESTER COUNTY. In Dorchester County it
shall be unlawful for any person to display or drink in any
bar, restaurant, tavern or any other licensed place, any alco-
holic beverages other than that which may be lawfully sold
by the licensee therein. Any person who drinks or displays
any such beverage in violation of the provisions hereof, shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00), nor
more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). And all licensees of
hotels, restaurants and taverns are hereby required to post at
least four conspicuous notices in their places of business with
the following words: Unlawful to Drink or Expose Liquor
upon these Premises.

158. FREDERICK COUNTY. In Frederick County any
minor who purchases, or misrepresents his or her age for the
purpose of procuring, any alcoholic beverage is guilty of a
misdemeanor, and shall be punished, upon conviction, by a trial
magistrate, by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

159. HARFORD COUNTY. In Harford County, it shall
be unlawful for any person, under twenty-one (21) years of
age, to misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of obtaining
beer or light wine from a licensee, or for any person to mis-
represent the age of a minor for a purpose of obtaining beer
or light wine for said minor from a licensee and, upon con-
viction by a Court of competent jurisdiction, any person so
doing shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor
more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) in the discretion of
the Court.

160. WASHINGTON COUNTY. In Washington County,
any minor purchases, procures or consumes any alcoholic
beverage on any licensed premises, or misrepresents his or her
age for the purpose of purchasing, procuring or consuming
upon any licensed premises any alcoholic beverages is guilty
of a misdemeanor and shall be punished, upon conviction, by
a trial magistrate, by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
