clined.

July 14, 1876.—Thomas E. Cooksey, Officer of Registration
for 2d district vice self, who failed to
qualify.

Aug. 11, 1876.—George W. Murdoch, Officer of Registra-
tion for 6th district vice self, wbo failed to
qualify.

Aug. 16, 1876.—Thomas C. Boon, Officer of Registration for
3d district vice self, who failed to qualify.

Jan. 8, 1877.—Richard S. Worthington, Justice of the
Peace for 1st district vice H. M. Duvall,
deceased.

Jan. 17, 1877,—Columbus C. Leach, Justice of the Peace
for 8th district vice Martin Deal, resigned.

May 31, 1877.—Oliver P. Robinson, Justice of the Peace for
5th district, M. P. Donaldson, removed
from district.

Oct. 17, 1877.—John F. Elliott, Notary Public at Annapolis
City vice Geo. Johnson, Jr., resigned.

On motion by Mr. Bannon,

The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing ap-
pointments, agreeably to the nominations of the 4th instant.
